Will not be part of tuition.  Boys coaches fees are not yet set.  But, boys will be able to fundraise too.

The coach’s fees brought up a long discussion of how things should be handled.  Parents were had many questions.  Some of the questions are:

·         Some parents disagree with paying ahead

·         There were questions about coaches fees and how they are dispersed

·         It was suggested that ABC holds all coaches fees and pays them out to Aspire on a as needed basis

·         There was questions of accountability of funds

The coach’s fees discussion will be tabled for now for further discussion.

Aspire Invitational Meet Outcome:

As a fundraiser the meet will put approximately $180 per gymnast on their account with the Booster Club,  if you worked the meet and donated a door prize.  And $90 per gymnast if you just worked the meet.  More will be brought up about this at the next meeting, because finalization is still needed.

** Note from President**

Disbursement amount is pending on possible hosting of 2010 State Meet (Girls and possibly Boys)
